Who you are

New Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant
The person must be a good communicator with strong attention to detail
Commercially Focused –be able to add value to the business
Ability to achieve strict reporting deadlines
Team Player but can work on their own as required
Strong IT skill (Excel, Word, Data Warehouse)
Experience of SAP financial package (FICO module)
Experience of Hyperion Reporting package preferred
Ability to speak Italian/German is an advantage but not essential

What the job involves

Reporting directly into the Lease Finance Manager
Incoming payments administration and bank reconciliations
Management of clients and vendors accounts
General Ledger duties including journal entries, month-end close
Responsibility for the monthly reporting of one or more of our leasing entities and other group companies (dependent on business needs)
Involvement in the preparation of Annual Budgets
Intercompany Account reconciliation
Preparation of Statutory Accounts
Corporation tax and VAT returns
Liaising with Auditors and Tax Advisors
Developing reports and implementing system changes
