Lead Product Manager, Workiva

• Align vision and strategy with business KPIs such as revenue growth, win rate, retention, partner enablement, and CSAT; Deliver and evangelize to senior audiences
• Lead decision-making and prioritization of market needs, product enhancements, and improvements based on customer feedback, market research, and industry trends
• Conduct product discovery to understand the problem space and identify opportunities and validate requirements
• Collaborate with design and engineering to translate product requirements into user-friendly and scalable solutions
• Drive the product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality releases
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
• Act as a subject matter expert for the GRC solution, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and customers
• Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive product optimization
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for the GRC solution
• Stay abreast of governance, risk and compliance requirements, ensuring the product meets the necessary standards
