Role
Who you are
- Product manager with experience in digital or SaaS environments
- Background working with UX, design and engineering team to define reusable systems and APIs
- Strong understanding of user experience and platform integration

- Previous experience in financial services is a bonus
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive delivery and execution across FoundryOS’s digital experience layers
- You’ll work alongside the Lead PM to design and ship high-impact digital components, ensuring FoundryOS’s platform capabilities are surfaced consistently across different interfaces and use cases
- This is a hands-on product role that blends creativity and technical understanding
- You’ll help shape the structure of FoundryOS’s digital component library, work directly with design to refine journeys and collaborate with engineering to ensure performance and maintainability
- You’ll engage closely with clients to understand how they operate their digital channels and how FoundryOS can accelerate and enhance those experiences
- Own the roadmap and delivery of shared digital components and workflows that serve multiple interfaces
- Collaborate with UX and engineering to define clear, reusable integration patterns with FoundryOS’s APIs
- Translate client and user needs into intuitive, scalable experiences
- Gather and synthesise feedback to drive continuous improvement in digital design and performance
- Align closely with platform PMs to ensure new capabilities can be surfaced consistently across interfaces
- Define KPIs and feedback loops to measure usability and operational efficiency
- Act as the day-to-day product lead in delivery, ensuring clarity, prioritisation and alignment across teams
