Who you are
- This is an excellent opportunity for a digital marketer who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or demand generation role (preferred)
- Experience with a marketing automation platform (e.g. Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo) and/or Salesforce CRM is considered an asset
- Experience with website content management systems (e.g. WordPress) is considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What the job involves
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will play a key role in managing marketing automation, executing marketing campaigns and events, and supporting various digital marketing initiatives
- The Marketing team is dynamic, driven, and highly engaged and we are seeking a motivated team player to join us
- Build and deploy email campaigns in Pardot, ensuring effective segmentation and personalization to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure emails are visually appealing and on-brand
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, and calls to action
- Maintain social media calendar and support execution of social media strategy on LinkedIn
- Assist with the logistical execution of marketing events and campaigns, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows
- Support with updates and ongoing maintenance/optimization of the corporate website, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Compliance with Information Security Policies
- Ensure access management is performed in compliance with the employee's role and responsibilities
- Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures within the department/ team
- Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations
