• The Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the work of the field marketing team with central coordination and data collection. Success will be measured by the smooth and efficient management of high-volume event schedules and lead data
• Support the field marketing team by maintaining a centralized schedule of local events happening around the country
• Maintain a centralized list of contacts for associations and venues
• Travel 5-6 times/year to support key tradeshows
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, as needed for events
• Create eventbrite pages for event RSVPs. Work with the email marketing team and other external teams to send event invitations, the design team to create event collateral, and the sales operations team to ensure customer leads are captured and entered into a central database
