Who you are
- 5+ years in Product Management, Growth, or Product Analytics roles within SaaS or digital‑first environments
- Hands‑on experience with product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Heap, etc.) to guide strategy and decisions
- Proven ability to drive core product metrics (activation, retention, conversion) through analytics‑driven prioritization and rapid experimentation
- Delivered measurable growth by aligning roadmap bets to a clear KPI tree and rigorously instrumenting impact
- A track record of defining strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering business outcomes
- Fluent business Spanish (required)
- Strong technical acumen (required): comfortable discussing product analytics concepts (events, properties, cohorts), basic experimentation, and practical implementation considerations; quick to learn new tools and collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams
- Exceptional communication skills—able to turn complex analysis into concise recommendations for senior audiences
What the job involves
- This is a client‑facing Product Analytics role embedded with our Customer Success team. Prior Customer Success experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train you on our Customer Success playbooks
- As a Product Analytics Strategist (Customer Success) partnering with Amplitude’s Customer Success team, you’ll serve as a strategic product advisor to a portfolio of enterprise customers
- You’ll help product executives, analytics leaders, and growth teams build better digital products using Amplitude—driving adoption, measurable outcomes, and long‑term value
- Partner with customers’ Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to set strategy, define goals, and execute plans that move key product metrics
- Advise senior stakeholders (CPOs, VPs of Product, Heads of Analytics) on using Amplitude to inform product decisions, roadmaps, and experimentation
- Lead strategic business reviews and deep‑dive analytics sessions that demonstrate impact and uncover new growth opportunities
- Translate product usage and health signals into clear, actionable recommendations that improve retention, activation, and conversion
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services to channel customer feedback into product enhancements and adoption initiatives
- Codify best practices and playbooks customers can use to scale evidence‑based product development

Amplitude provides product analytics to help companies understand user behaviour. Product, marketing, and growth teams use Amplitude to discover and share insights about user engagement, retention, and revenue.
Amplitude’s user flows reveal which actions are the most commonly taken after users sign up, and which usually precede purchases made in-app, creating paths through the app. The behaviour of individual app users can be viewed with unlimited real-time activity feeds and user timelines.
Thousands of companies use Amplitude analytics, including Microsoft, Under Armour, Intuit, Twitter, Bonobos, Peloton, and many more. In 2024, a securities fraud case was filed against Amplitude due to an IPO and stock share rise that was alleged to be artificially inflated before their downturn in 2022. The case has since been resolved, and Amplitude continues to release new products and operate at full capacity.
