Role
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of commercial or development experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up / scale-up, private or investment banking, strategy consulting, M&A)
- You are an outstanding communicator with a taste for Social Media and prior experience with the Dutch press and public affairs management
- You are passionate about banking or investment topics and have a deep understanding of the Dutch retail investing market and the relevant regulations
- You are hands-on, relentless, set ambitious goals, handle high workloads and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously to create the best outcome possible
What the job involves
- The Markets team leads the charge when it comes to geographical expansion. As the Country Manager for the Netherlands you will:
- Become our face in the Dutch Market - by taking part in public interviews and convincing thought leaders on our behalf
- Be in charge of building high quality and high impact relationships: press, influencers, affiliates, growth partners, public authorities, or any ad hoc local needs
- Identify and introduce relevant local partners to contribute to user acquisition and engagement in the Netherlands through multi-channel growth campaigns in cooperation with our central teams
- Identify and funnel back the local product needs to the rest of the company and ensure the cultural and linguistic relevance of our overall growth set up
