Who you are
- 3+ years experience within the media industry: media agency, publisher or creative agency background
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage short-term and long-term deliverables
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage large, complex projects as well as juggle multiple projects at one time
- Solutions oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to be most effective for all stakeholders
- High organizational skills and emotional intelligence
- Proven experience thriving in a team environment and enjoys working on a team

What the job involves
- Oversee all aspects of post sale client opportunities through schedule management, asset organization and reporting
- Effective client communication to ensure their needs are understood, anticipated and exceeded with the overall goal of delivering brilliant client service
- Proactively identify opportunities within your account list to provide suggestions that will increase client satisfaction
- Partake in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for client pitches
- Collect and analyze campaign data and customer trends data
- Demonstrate compelling data storytelling through high data literacy, strong data visualization and impactful communication for client reports to ensure they are delivered in a timely manner
- Lead client meetings, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness by managing and aligning expectations, identifying gaps, confirming next steps and maintaining timely completion of the agenda
- Utilize critical thinking when dealing with ambiguity or contradiction to make decisions and maintain task progress
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams: brand partnerships, media & ad ops, data, creative, production, social, marketing & finance
- Become a subject matter expert for all Moonbug IP
- Other duties as assigned

Moonbug is a global entertainment company producing fun, engaging and safe content for kids. With bases in London and Los Angeles, Moonbug’s video and audio content is produced with the goal of teaching compassion, empathy and resilience to its young audience.
Despite its relatively recent inception in 2018, the company owns properties including Blippi, Little Baby Bum and CoComelon, content that is distributed around the world on platforms including YouTube and Netflix, with the latter’s first series generating over 30 billion minutes of viewing. Its market presence is strong, with accompanying merchandise sold via Walmart and Amazon, and adjacent offerings such as its CoComelon video game.
Following the acquisition of Singapore-based One Animation, Moonbug has worked to increase its footprint in Asia, as well as making plans to take on South America and the Middle East. A 2023 rebrand seeks to raise the profile and recognizability of the brand as it continues both growth and diversification - for instance by partnering with Audible on a series of family-friendly podcasts.
