Data Analyst, Mob

• You have 3+ years of experience applying analytics to answer business questions and drive value towards business objectives
• A creative thinker who excels in finding new ways to develop, present and utilise data, with strong communication skills and the ability to present data in a way that is effective, compelling and concise, and ultimately influences every day business operations
• Comfortable working cross-functionally, with an understanding of various functions and how they play an integral role in the business (e.g. understanding the nuances of marketing and how it intertwines with product analytics)

Desirable

• Build and optimise our data infrastructure, ensuring the scalability of the tools, architecture, and technical projects that enable analytics
• Dive deep into customer data to gain a profound understanding of our audience, and use these insights to produce actionable outcomes that deliver on business objectives
• Determine which content and product features are helping us acquire, monetise and retain users
• Support the Marketing team by providing data to explain which marketing channels are helping us acquire, monetise and retain users
• Translate deep analysis into insights and conclusions that everyone can grasp
• Own and expand existing dashboards and reporting and democratise data access so stakeholders can better understand and act on data and insights
• Work with Product and Engineering to inform and shape personalisation of the product
• Recommend changes to product/engineering roadmaps to improve data quality in source systems and robust analytical workflows
• Ensure data solutions have clear documentation, allowing for consistent use across the organisation
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, become a trusted partner to help foster a data driven culture
• Coach and mentor others in their own use of analytical tools and techniques
• Help identify and validate opportunities to inform growth and product strategy, including new areas such as b2b consumer insights
• Continually measure the impact of initiatives to steer investment decisions
