Business Development Representative, Houzz

• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM, with strong attention to detail and disciplined CRM management

Through strategic outbound outreach, you'll engage business owners, identify qualified opportunities, and help build a strong sales pipeline for our Account Executives

• Build new business opportunities by connecting with home professionals through outbound phone, email, SMS, and social outreach
• Spark meaningful conversations, uncover business needs, and qualify opportunities for our Account Executives
• Own your pipeline by identifying target accounts, engaging decision-makers, and consistently generating high-quality meetings
• Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and maximize conversion from first touch to closed deal
• Personalize every interaction to deliver a thoughtful, consultative experience that builds trust and creates value
• Stay organized by keeping Salesforce up to date with accurate prospect activity and insights
• Exceed goals for pipeline generation, qualified meetings, and outbound performance while thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Continuously sharpen your sales skills through coaching, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement
