Director Product, Dropbox

• Product Management Experience: 10+ years in product management, with a strong track record in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of web-based products; at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a high-growth, digital-first environment
• Product & Web Expertise: Deep knowledge of web technologies, user experience principles, and product lifecycle management; experience optimizing for metrics such as engagement, conversion, and retention is highly desirable
• Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a product team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on innovation, execution, and impact
