Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a similar field
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies
Project Management (Critical skill): Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in growth marketing is a plus

What the job involves

Manage paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn
Lead the effort to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to ensure alignment with lead acquisition and conversion goals
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with business goals
Partner with the design team to create high-quality marketing assets

Application process

During the first three months, this position will be engaged on a 1099 basis. The contract will be eligible for an extension or conversion at the three month mark
