Who you are

4 years minimum experience in software engineering roles, preferably with previous experience in a startup. Experience in B2B SaaS is the cherry on the cake 🍰
You are proficient with javascript, the PERN stack, ReactJS or similar component-based and reactive approaches, and their inner workings (ex. virtual dom)
You are a product-oriented person

You want to work on climate-impacting projects and you are entrepreneurial at the core
Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. You like to get things done, and you’re a thoughtful person yet very hands-on. You are not afraid of trying out new tools, dealing with new requests, and getting over them
You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are able to explain something complex with simple words

What the job involves

You will play a key role in building a truly WOWable product — a B2B software dedicated to serving business customers centered on the topics of climate and carbon. You will get a chance to build the user interface to bring value to the clients
You will be making key technical decisions and contributing to the strategic decisions of the companies alongside our other lead members bringing your expertise to the product
You will be responsible for carrying out full-stack development of the solution
You will play a **managerial role** in managing a growing team of 3 developers and help them foster technical skills through sprints
You will be able to work on climate-related datasets, carbon computing models, and data-processing algorithms
