Who you are

- Reporting to the AVP of Channel Sales, this key role will drive partner engagement, enablement, and alignment—unlocking net-new revenue opportunities and accelerating growth through our reseller ecosystem of partners
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of sales and partner sales experience, capable of autonomous work
- Proven success in driving and executing net-new revenue growth through partners
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Disciplined approach to managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in public speaking and delivering presentations to diverse audiences
- Experience in developing detailed business plans with key stakeholders that includes engagement models, sales targets, and GTM strategies, as well as conducting quarterly business reviews
- Ability to work remote, with travel
- Cyber Security and Start-up experience is preferred
What the job involves
- Anvilogic is looking for a motivated and results-driven Partner Development Manager (PDM) to build and expand strategic partnerships on the East Coast
- Reporting to the AVP of Channel Sales, this key role will drive partner engagement, enablement, and alignment—unlocking net-new revenue opportunities and accelerating growth through our reseller ecosystem of partners.
- You'll onboard, nurture, and broaden critical reseller relationships in the East, accelerating Anvilogic’s high-growth sales targets
- Uncover Net New Opportunities through the Channel ecosystem – Work closely with partners to develop strategies that unlock new sales pipelines and increase deal velocity
- Drive Partner Engagement – Build strong, high-performing relationships with partners, enabling them to position and sell our solutions effectively
- Expand critical relationships by actively collaborating with the field to identify new opportunities
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work seamlessly across multiple teams, including marketing and operations to ensure a cohesive approach
- Create joint go-to-market strategies with partners to maximize revenue potential
- Manage partner forecasts, and execute against quota
- High energy, reliability, self-motivation, a sense of urgency in their actions, and a consistently positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to make an impact on our partnerships, and possess a strong potential for career growth and development
- Regular travel is anticipated, including partner offices, enablement workshops, QBRs, and participation in various marketing events

Multi-cloud and cloud-first workloads have brought about modernisation for software developers, but security features for these workflows often have to play catch-up. Anvilogic bridges an enterprise's legacy data and information with the new landscape of the cloud. Through this, it transforms security operations for enterprises making the switch.
The company delivers cyber threat detection and hunting through a client's company’s Security Operations Center (SOC), utilising security knowledge-trained generative AI. It pitches itself to enterprises that are digitizing their core functions, and can use Anvilogic’s platform as a bridge towards an updated security system.
Anvilogic especially stands out because it is a multi-data platform, capable of detecting threats for security data across Splunk, Azure and Snowflake. This approach is turning heads, with the company completing a Series C round of $45 million. The launch of the second gen of its Monte Copilot product also indicates that Anvilogic is innovating as fast as its clients are digitizing.
