Who you are

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics
  • Tech Stack Management: Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing technologies, including customer communication tools, chat platforms, and attribution systems
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct top-of-funnel analysis, pacing, and reporting to drive data-informed decisions
  • Campaign Development: Experience in creating and managing customer journeys through landing pages, forms, and gated content
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent project management abilities with a focus on process optimization and efficiency
  • Proven experience with Hubspot for CRM and Salesforce as source of truth
  • Preferred experience with enrichment tools like Clay or AmpleMarket, sales cadence tools like Outreach, email marketing tools, Chilipiper, Asana for project management

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize and manage our marketing processes, technology stack, and data analytics within our B2B SaaS environment
  • This role is pivotal in ensuring our marketing strategies are data-driven, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives
  • You will be responsible for top-of-funnel analysis, reporting from Salesforce, and managing key aspects of our marketing technology infrastructure
  • This role is, of course, about optimizing and aligning pacing toward our revenue goals. But more than that, this role is the lynchpin of go-to-market success at MoeGo
  • This role will be the source of truth for our assumptions, and the glue that binds each team and function
  • This role will have extremely high visibility and executive exposure, as this person will lead weekly pacing meetings and be the source of input data for forecasting and executive alignment across go-to-market teams
  • Salesforce Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports from Salesforce to monitor and optimize top-of-funnel activities, providing insights into lead generation and conversion metrics from top of funnel down
  • Marketing Technology Management: Oversee the marketing tech stack, including customer communication platforms, chat systems, and attribution tools, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
  • Campaign Management: Design and manage key customer journeys, including the creation and optimization of landing pages, forms, and gated content to enhance lead capture and nurturing. Ensure that our campaign themes and journeys are integrated across platforms, channels and distribution mechanisms, and deliver measurable results. Assist stakeholders in executing campaigns from start to finish, including list management, audience segmentation, attribution tracking, and performance analysis
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analyses of marketing data to inform strategy, optimize campaign performance. Lead weekly stakeholder alignment meetings and generate regular written pacing reporting
  • Strategic Insights: Contribute to planning and forecasting efforts by partnering with marketing, sales, and finance teams to create accurate demand projections, monitor campaign outcomes, and manage marketing budgets. Leverage historical data and performance insights to drive pipeline growth, optimize spending, and ensure alignment with overall revenue targets
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across campaigns and channels
