Finance Business Partner, Scaleup Finance

• 5+ years of finance experience in professional services or internal finance
• Strong technical skills across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow analysis
• You’re quality-oriented and ensure that deliverables are of a high standard every time
• Comfortable building client relationships and communicating with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting systems
• Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in collaborative environments, and is excited about helping ambitious founders build the future

• What you'll be doing:
• Collaborate with clients and your internal team (CFO Partners, Finance Assistants) to build budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Partner with your clients to guide critical business decisions and strategic planning
• Create and deliver monthly client reports through our Financial Management Platform
• Perform financial controlling and ensuring accuracy across all reporting
• Support clients by identifying and implementing financial tools that streamline their operations
