Our take
Valcre provides appraisal software for the commercial real estate industry. The platform offers an end-to-end solution for appraisal workflow, from job and client management to property research.
Commercial appraisal has traditionally been a time-consuming and difficult aspect of the work, as its long been a manual job of inputting individual data points into the workflow of a single property. Valcre’s platform helps customers save time while empowering them with a more organized, efficient, and intelligent path to produce their work.
The company recently brought in a round of series A funding that is being used to support rapid growth and product innovation. It will be continuing to focus on its customers in the US, Canada, and Australia, before shifting towards new markets, a patience and approach that should serve the company well.
