Who you are
- A strong background in a similar role leading multi-market cross-functional teams is necessary
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a brand marketing leadership position, with expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: PR, events strategy and operations, Branding, content strategy, and commercial partnerships
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on any combination of Branding, PR, comms, events strategy and operations, corporate partnerships
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What the job involves
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our global brand marketing efforts
- As the Brand Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility, thought leadership, engagement, and global cross-functional coordination
- You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of multi-disciplinary brand marketing professionals
- You will develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive yearly brand marketing strategies across markets and disciplines
- You will lead the planning of PR, comms, and partnership campaigns
- You will oversee the development and management of events strategy and operations
- You will identify and cultivate strategic corporate partnerships to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of brand marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
