What the job involves

As the Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our Los Angeles office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a productive, welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will work closely with global teams and support local leadership, playing a key role in maintaining our high-performance culture
Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and office supplies
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and general inquiries
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics for the LA team and visiting executives
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment in compliance with health and safety standards
Liaise with IT and HR teams to support employee needs and resolve issues
Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure alignment with global office policies and procedures
