What the job involves
- Develop technology products using modern programming languages (e.g. Typescript) and technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, BigQuery) with a focus on security for Google Workspace and M365
- Implement modern secure SDLCs including version control (e.g. Git) and code reviews (pull requests)
- Participate in technical design discussions for new features and systems, conducting research, and producing architecture documents as needed
- Engage in the engineering on-call rotation to support triaging and addressing bugs and reliability issues using monitoring and alerting software such as Sentry and Pager duty
- Support the customer support team by providing answers about the software and assisting with high-priority inbound customer requests
