Role
Who you are
- 5+ years as a Product Manager in startups or similar environments, with 3+ years in mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS
- Proven track record in scaling new products and achieving product-market fit and go-to-market alignment
- Proven success in delivering B2B software solutions, using quantitative (KPIs, metrics) and qualitative data (user research, feedback) for prioritisation
- Strong strategic thinking, ability to translate business goals into opportunities, and drive go-to-market success
- Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean approaches to balance scope, time, and quality
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder alignment skills, with a coaching mindset
- Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
What the job involves
- You’ll take ownership of scaling one of our product modules, driving it from 1 to 10 and solidifying product-market fit
- Your mission is to improve how employees and facility managers interact with meeting rooms, covering bookings, integrations with existing IT systems, and services like catering requests
- This role requires scrappiness and fast iterations, while also knowing when to prioritise quality
- As a Senior Product Manager, your squad will play a key role in advancing deskbird’s strategic goal of becoming the leading workplace management solution in Europe, empowering both end-users and decision-makers
- Take full ownership of our Meeting Rooms & Services module with your product squad, ensuring a simple and seamless experience for customers managing rooms and services. You will own the team’s backlog and be accountable for customer and business impact
- Prioritise opportunities in alignment with our strategy, leveraging data insights to ensure we focus on what delivers the most value to our customers and the business
- Partner with Product Design & Engineering to deliver outstanding user experiences in an agile environment, maintaining and prioritising a feasible backlog and facilitating key ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Refinements, Retros, and Dailies
- Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of deskbird to formulate and test hypotheses, ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions
- Drive cross-team alignment and contribute to the continuous improvement of Product Management execution at deskbird
- Help iterate on Product Management processes in collaboration with the Director of Product
- Contribute to refining your product’s vision, strategy, goals, and success metrics

Swiss-based Deskbird is on route to become Europe’s leading workplace management platform that allows companies to create ordered but flexible environments.
The company has adopted a unique approach to workplace management, offering the first workplace software built around users instead of buildings. Along with standard functionalities like booking resources, the tool that has brought the company unique success is the ability, via mobile app, to identify who of their employees are in the office and thereby schedule meetings accordingly.
Following 2023 funding, the company will invest capital into extending reach across European markets, entering the US market, and to allow expansion of its product offerings. The company's 10 year plan is to be to workforce management what Salesforce is to CRM. A lofty goal, but the company is certainly setting itself up to achieve this in due time.
