Who you are

The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with strong communication skills, supporting the sales process by designing solutions, delivering demos, and advising customers on technical requirements
Junior: 1-2 years of experience in software engineering with focus on machine learning and data science
Mid: 2+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on machine learning and data science
Strong background in AI/ML, data science, or computer engineering, with hands-on experience in machine learning models (e.g., transformers, CNNs, ViTs, LLMs)
Proficiency in Python, with exposure to ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions with customers
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

Desirable

Experience in computer vision or NLP projects
Prior exposure to healthcare, finance, or enterprise data systems
Contributions to research papers, hackathons, or open-source projects

What the job involves

Fixed-term contract ending in June 2026
We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team
You will play a critical role in engaging with clients, understanding their challenges, and positioning our solutions to meet their needs
Collaborate with sales, product and engineering team teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions
Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations
Contribute to RFP/RFI submissions RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical input
Work with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant language for clients
Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure
Manage model delivery to our customers and trials for potential customers
