Product Validation Program Manager, Sonos

• Strong organization and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple workstreams with deadlines

• As a Product Validation Program Manager, you’ll help deliver a consistent, high-quality field testing and product validation service to Sonos teams
• You’ll plan and run end-to-end Hardware and Software programs with real customers, combining both product telemetry and user feedback to inform product readiness decisions
• Deliver Product Validation programs using standard playbooks - including test pool creation, program plans, communications, dashboards, surveys, and success metrics
• Coordinate tester cohorts and logistics, including onboarding, NDAs and hardware/build/feature access
• Manage build distribution, participant communications and coordinate updates with Product, QA, Engineering, Release, and CX stakeholders
• Partner with Product, Data and Engineering to ensure telemetry is available, and track indicators like engagement, adoption, repeat use, and task success alongside feedback
• Maintain program dashboards and status reporting to surface decision-ready summaries and recommended actions. Support release decision points by contributing clear confidence assessments and Go/No-Go recommendations
• Drive continuous improvement: keep templates and documentation current, identify and resolve process gaps, and leverage automation and AI-assisted workflows to increase speed, consistency, and quality
