- Confident in taking ownership of projects with minimal supervision while keeping senior leaders informed

- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Previous experience managing stakeholders at different levels
- 3–7 years of program or project management experience, preferably in B2B partnerships, SaaS, or tech-enabled services
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from initiation through completion with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with APIs and technical integrations
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
- History of improving processes and driving efficiency
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Program Manager to centralize and accelerate partner launches across Clever Pro — Clever's B2B2C platform for financial institutions
- The Program Manager will own Clever's partner launch process from end-to-end, work closely with engineering teams and lead implementation discussions, and collaborate with senior leadership on priorities and contract negotiations
- You'll serve as the single point of contact for all partner launches, managing internal teams and external stakeholders
- Develop weekly and monthly partner plans, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Facilitate partner meetings and provide detailed recaps with action items and deadlines
- Drive faster partner onboarding, including vendor management, contracting, and testing
- Track and report partner launch progress and impact on B2B lead volume
- Identify bottlenecks and risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely launch execution
- Provide insights to senior leaders to inform strategy and decision-making
Our take
Real estate commissions have been kept artificially high for decades as a result of uncomfortableness from consumers to negotiate and archaic pricing systems. Clever is changing all that with its discount brokerage service.
Using an algorithm along with “concierge” staffers, Clever matches homeowners with agents who have experience in their price range and neighborhood. As a result, agents get more sales and Clever effectively negotiates on behalf of the consumer.
It competes with other discount brokerages like Redfin, which attracts customers through aggregated realtor-sanctioned listings and provides discounts to home sellers through eventual rebates. However, Clever is earning market share from Redfin through its differentiated strategies: intuitive customer experience and a portfolio of online content brands reaching millions of readers with expert real estate advice and education.
