Who you are
- A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Communications, Business, or other related fields
- Experience in relevant sales administration positions, ideally in a B2B Sales field would be plus
- Excellent time management, communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities quickly and effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other European language will be considered as a great asset
- Self-motivated and hands-on with a true teamwork mentality
- A friendly and upbeat personality
- Digital native: fluent in web and digital technologies
What the job involves
- As a Sales Operations Associate, you play a vital role in our B2B sales success
- Your support enables the commercial team to focus on core processes, driving revenue and growth
- You keep partners informed about new product features and gather valuable feedback on day-to-day functionality, contributing to continuous improvement
- Your proactive approach helps anticipate and prepare for future events, ensuring our team is ready to navigate challenges effectively
- In essence, your role is essential for enhancing partner relationships, driving innovation, and maintaining a competitive edge in the dynamic B2B market
- Maintains comprehensive data on HubSpot CRM, covering contacts, companies, files (presentations, videos), email templates, meeting links, and calendars
- Provides accurate data and generates detailed reports to support the sales team in decision-making
- Collaborates with account managers to develop specific sales strategies tailored to individual accounts
- Performs data entry and updates on CRM tools and other databases
- Sets and manages landing pages, PMS/Channel Manager integrations, and PWD user access
- Monitors performance indicators, prepares monthly commissions (when manual), and tracks revenue/invoicing
- Provides troubleshooting assistance and handles inquiries from partners
- Stays up-to-date with new product launches and features, ensuring the sales team is well-informed and trained accordingly

Unlike your standard taxi services like Uber, Welcome offers a more holistic in-destination travel experience that, from the moment you arrive at a destination until departure, accommodates any travelling needs, such as transfers, activities and travel information. Its success is evident, with the company having made a footprint in nearly 100 destinations worldwide from Edinburgh to Abu Dhabi, Moscow to Santiago.
Since its round of 2022 funding, the company has developed a traveller app to optimise customer experience. Capital will continue to be invested into increasing its destination network whilst expanding its product offerings and industry partners, such as airlines and cruise lines.
