Who you are
- This individual must be highly organized in order to manage multiple content creators and agencies, manage campaign performance and report on progress towards goals
- Internal availability and responsiveness are key because this role directly supports our global social media SLAs
- In this role, you’ll build off the benchmarks that have been established to continue scaling our influencer marketing program
- Experimentation, agility, and a solution-oriented mindset are important to your success
- 5–7+ years of brand marketing, social media or influencer experience
- Experience interfacing directly with content creators, community members, and social followers
- Experience working with agency partners from the RFP all the way to execution and daily management of resources
- Experience managing content calendars and SLAs and with reviewing and approving third-party content
- Knowledge of current trends in social media and strong creative instincts to help our brand and product positioning break through
- Knowledge of current and future legal regulations, industry standards and emerging platforms in the influencer marketing space
- Communicate clearly cross-functionally and manage up

What the job involves
- We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for engaging content creators and employee advocates to share Miro with their communities and be responsible for growing impressions across social media channels
- In this role, you’ll work with our Social Media and Influencer Lead, growth marketing and product teams, influencer agencies, community managers, and content creators to generate high quality content that connects authentically with relevant communities
- You’ll also proactively identify creators across social channels who may be a fit for our brand and product campaigns
- Throughout your work, you’ll focus on building awareness for Miro and keep the experience of Miro fans and followers at the center
- You’ll identify opportunities for moderation, conversation, and growth to deliver a VIP experience to our audience
- Your success will be measured in growth of impressions, engagement rate, and cost per view of influencer initiatives
- Day-to-day management of agencies and content creators, and negotiate deliverables and terms to produce high quality content that scales impressions
- Source and cultivate relationships with B2B creators who can authentically bring Miro’s narrative to life
- Create influencer marketing strategies that align with Miro’s product releases and brand campaigns, including drafting briefs and reviewing creator content to ensure it meets our requirements
- Journey through the creative process from ideation, storyboarding to final creative asset with each creator
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Brand, and Community to ensure a holistic approach to influencer campaigns
- Support our overall social media SLAs by providing oversight of influencer content and conversations
- Measure and manage analytics reporting across campaigns
- Be an advocate for the community and quality of our content: proactively identify opportunities and risks, deliver a VIP experience for our biggest fans

The platform currently has over 35 million users and is trusted by enterprises such as VMware, Zendesk and Frog. As part of its ongoing battle with Zoom, Miro acquired video-chat startup Around in 2022, to remain competitive in the market.
