Who you are

Experience in a customer service, sales or insurance or contact centre environment
Ability to assess customer needs and make informed decisions in a non-scripted environment

What the job involves

As a Small Business Insurance Adviser, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding sales and customer service across our small business insurance products
Working within a Delegated Underwriting Authority, you'll manage customer interactions from point of sale through to policy amendments, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring customers receive expert support and tailored solutions
You'll play an important role in balancing customer needs with risk considerations, whilst contributing to business growth through identifying improvements and delivering excellent customer outcomes. This role is part of a collaborative team focused on providing a seamless, compliant, and high-quality customer experience
