• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integrating them with marketing automation tools
• Proven ability to build scalable, efficient workflows and troubleshoot campaign or data flow issues
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of email compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) and best practices

• As part of the Lifecycle Marketing team, the Email Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for executing and optimizing email and nurture campaigns in Marketo
• This role focuses on campaign builds, QA, audience targeting, data flow, and performance tracking, with an emphasis on operational excellence and scalability
• Campaign Strategy & Design: Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to advise on campaign structure and translate strategy into scalable, automated email programs that drive engagement and conversion
• Marketing Automation Execution: Build, test, and launch email and nurture campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality execution
• Template Development: Create and maintain reusable Marketo program templates to improve efficiency, consistency, and speed to launch
• Campaign QA & Troubleshooting: Own QA processes and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure flawless campaign delivery and operational excellence
• Compliance & Best Practices: Uphold data privacy standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) and champion email marketing and automation best practices
