Who you are

  • The ideal candidate will have experience marketing technical products to technical audiences
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate integration concepts
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (product managers, engineering leaders)
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions
  • Demonstrated skill in competitive technical analysis and differentiation
  • Experience setting content strategy (whitepapers, infographics, blogs)
  • Comfort presenting technical concepts to both internal teams and prospects
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams
  • Skill in identifying technical differentiation points against competitors
  • Track record of creating effective competitive battlecards with technical depth
  • Ability to monitor and analyze competitor product developments
  • Experience training sales on technical competitive positioning
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with software products
  • Strong writing skills for technical audiences
  • Research capabilities for market and industry analysis
  • Understanding of product and developer/engineering buyer personas
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly

Desirable

  • Previous experience with integration platforms or developer tools
  • Understanding of software development concepts and workflows
  • Experience creating developer-focused content

What the job involves

  • You will lead the launch of products and programs to drive awareness, engagement, and usage of Prismatic
  • This role will drive our content marketing strategy to help our prospects and customers understand what is possible with Prismatic’s platform
  • Develop product positioning and competitively differentiated messaging for Prismatic based on user research, market insights, customer persona and product knowledge
  • Partner with the Product team to set a go-to-market strategy within each product vertical, including targeted markets, pricing and packaging, product rollout and marketing strategy
  • Bring new products and features to market by taking the lead on launches - planning, creating/managing deliverables and timelines in order to maximize impact
  • Work closely with Creative and Demand Generation teams to increase market presence and drive pipeline through key assets (video, webinars, thought leadership, email nurture, etc)
  • Partner with Sales teams to effectively position our products, leveraging internal tools and developing assets that help improve win rates
  • Become a product subject matter expert, evangelist and cross-functional leader who unites Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive business results

Prismatic cuts this wasted time with its ready-for-use integration platform targeted at product development and software engineering teams. As a native integration marketplace, Prismatic’s iPaaS solution spans an integration design platform, integration marketplace, deployment, and support, all through purpose-built cloud technology.

Founded in 2019, Prismatic has received substantial funding, and although it's narrow in its target customer base of B2B SaaS developers, its product proves useful for a lot of a company’s operational wings. Its tools can be used for deployment, configuration, and updates throughout customer-facing teams as well.

Through the past few years, Prismatic has seen notable growth thanks to SaaS teams looking to cut down their development period. Its growth has reportedly outpaced sales and customer acquisition goals whilst funding is being used to grow its platform and further expand its workforce.
