Who you are

Strong portfolio of 3D work across web, marketing, and/or digital products
Experience creating animated assets (as well as static assets) with high visual impact
Proficiency in tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar (plus Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience creating assets for both real-time and rendered use cases
Understanding of lighting, material design, and motion principles
Understanding about how 3D assets can be built to run efficiently on mobile applications
Ability to work autonomously and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

Familiarity with WebGL, Three.js, or real-time 3D for web

What the job involves

Design and render 3D visuals for use in marketing materials, website sections, and product UI
Create animated and static assets that bring our new product to life
Collaborate with existing designers to ensure visual cohesion
Translate abstract concepts into compelling, polished 3D visuals
Bring your own fresh, engaging concepts to the table

Avian Labs is building software to help people move money from person to person and company to company without having to worry about sort codes, IBANs, wallet addresses, national borders, or even different currencies.

It is doing this on top of crypto rails, focusing on making it easy and accessible to everyone.
