Who you are
- Proven experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or partnership development—ideally within SaaS, identity verification, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or related technology sectors
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate commercial agreements
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
- Comfortable working in a global, fast‑paced, matrixed environment

What the job involves
- Global Partnerships plays a pivotal role in expanding GBG’s global footprint by identifying, developing & managing high value commercial partnerships with organisations such as IBM, Oracle, Amazon Web Services, Mastercard & Microsoft
- This role blends strategic relationship building with hands on sales execution, ensuring GBG’s Identity Fraud & Location Intelligence solutions are embedded within partner ecosystems worldwide
- You’ll work closely with technology partners, system integrators, resellers & marketplaces to accelerate revenue growth & strengthen GBG’s position as a trusted global leader in digital identity related services
- GBG’s reach extends across more than 70 countries & helping partners deliver Identity Verification, Bio-Metric Checks & Global Address Verification to a broad international customer base including
- 1. Technology Partners & Resellers – Enhancing & Extending GBG Solutions
- GBG collaborates with a global network of technology partners to integrate and enhance its Identity Fraud & Global Address verification capabilities. These partnerships allow GBG to expand distribution, embed its solutions into partner platforms, and reach new markets through joint technology offerings
- 2. Data Partners – Global Data Providers for Identity & Location Intelligence
- GBG partners with trusted data providers worldwide to supply identity data, address verification & fraud‑prevention datasets. These data partnerships enable GBG to deliver fast, accurate identity decisions through API integrations and support compliance with global standards
- 1. Partnership Acquisition & Development
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new global partners aligned with GBG’s strategic growth priorities
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with partner executives, commercial teams, and product stakeholders
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and joint go‑to‑market plans
- 2. Revenue Growth & Sales Execution
- Drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue across GBG’s product portfolio
- Manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent progression through the sales cycle
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to support joint customer engagements and close deals
- 3. Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Enablement
- Develop and execute joint value propositions, sales motions, and market activation plans with partners
- Deliver partner training, enablement sessions, and product demonstrations to ensure partners can effectively position GBG solutions
- Support co‑marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and partner engagement
- 4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Legal & Customer Success teams to ensure seamless partner integration and ongoing success
- Provide market and partner insights to inform product development and strategic planning
- Act as the internal advocate for partners, ensuring their needs and opportunities are represented
- 5. Performance Management & Reporting
- Track partnership performance against KPIs, revenue targets, and strategic objectives
- Prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership on partnership health, risks, and growth opportunities
- Continuously refine partnership strategies based on data, feedback, and market trends

Founded in 1989 as a mailing system in Cheshire, GB Group became an information management company before several acquisitions and name changes led it full circle back to operations under GB Group - or GBG. Now valued at $706M, the company created an international identity verification service that is its current leading product.
With 21 countries under its wing and companies such as IBM and HSBC using its services, GBG simplifies employee onboarding, cyber security, and personal data protection with a friction-free digital platform.
With international revenues steadily growing, GBG managed to navigate the market from acquired startup to company-acquiring global leader.
