Analytics Engineer, Hightouch

• Strong SQL skills and experience modeling data in cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Hands-on experience building complex data models with dbt
• Hands-on experience with Looker or Omni Analytics
• Experience designing data models intended for self serviceability by less technical users
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical thinking and a track record of shipping impactful, scalable solutions
• Someone who takes a high level of ownership in their work and is excited about taking on more responsibility

• Troubleshoot complex data issues and guide internal teams toward best practices. Ensure data accuracy and consistency by investigating discrepancies and improving upstream data processes
• Prioritize projects across multiple departments while maintaining high quality and responsiveness**.** Balance competing priorities and ensure stakeholders get timely, reliable solutions
• Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, and knowledge sharing to uplevel the team. Build standards, playbooks, and internal data products that make the analytics function more effective and scalable
• Measure and communicate the business impact of your work with stakeholders. Demonstrate how your models and pipelines drive outcomes like revenue growth, efficiency gains, or improved decision-making
