Who you are
- English and French are required
- Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or University, with a specialization in Finance
- 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong leadership and ability to manage a cross-functional and international team, with a dedication to driving and achieving results
- Proactive and effective priority management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
- Proficient in financial modeling

What the job involves
- To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a high energy, creative, team-oriented Manager, Business Controlling
- Budget, reforecasting management: Pilot and coordinate the budgeting and reforecasting process for all global Sales, Marketing and Customer Success departments and all Platform revenues
- Performance metrics: Build financial reporting and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Revenue optimization and cost control: Oversee and enhance revenue streams to align with company objectives and monitor cost control measures to boost financial performance
- Collaboration: Partner with Top management leaders, providing analysis and strategic insights to increase impact on business performance
- Business Partner: Actively challenge and support the business to drive performance and strategic initiatives
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to top management
- Team leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 2 business controllers and 1 intern, ensuring effective support for key departments
- Process Automation: Lead initiatives to automate and optimize financial processes, leveraging advanced analytics and digital tools to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Continuous process improvement: identify, design, and implement best practices and process enhancements to streamline financial workflows, reduce manual tasks, and support the company’s growth

Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this : if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
