• We’re looking for a Workplace & Office Operations Coordinator to help create a smooth, welcoming, and well-run office experience at Fonoa
• This is a hands-on role that sits at the centre of how our London team works day to day - making sure the office runs reliably, feels great to be in, and supports our ways of working as we scale
• You’ll take ownership of workplace operations, office logistics, and event coordination, partnering closely with People and Operations teams and working with vendors and stakeholders to continuously improve the employee experience
• Own day-to-day office operations for the London office, ensuring it is well organised, welcoming, and aligned with Fonoa’s ways of working
• Provide remote workplace and office operations support for other Fonoa offices as needed, partnering with local stakeholders and vendors
• Act as the first point of contact for workplace and office-related queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and smoothly
• Manage office logistics including supplies, vendors, facilities requests, and access management and general upkeep
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, calendars, catering, and AV setup
• Support onboarding logistics from a workplace perspective, including desk setup, access, and office orientation
• Plan and support team events, gatherings, and company-wide initiatives, both locally and in partnership with teams across the business
• Communicate key office updates clearly and proactively, including workplace changes, events, and practical information employees need
• Partner with People and Operations teams to continuously improve the workplace experience as Fonoa scales
• Support the wider People Team with coordination requirements, including candidate interviews and candidate experience
