• Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers
• 3D software capability (Blender/C4D) would be highly advantageous
• Storyboarding and Illustration skills
• Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Digital/Graphic Design

• Entain is hiring a Senior Designer to join our in-house creative agency, working on some of the UKs biggest Sports and gaming brands
• We are an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands
• We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, tv and social
• Reporting into our Head of Design, as a Senior Designer you will be responsible for delivering standout concepts and design executions for 360 campaigns across all touchpoints
• Delivering across all Tiers of briefs but with a focus on top tier and supervising delivery of BAU as needed
• Concepting, leading and designing creative for 360 briefs (Digital, social, website. CRM, OOH, retail)
• An in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Provide effective design solutions for through-the-line comms across print and digital
• Ensure the highest standards of design are maintained at all times
• Be a brand guardian and responsible for sign-off on smaller projects ensuring brand consistency
• Working alongside the team to build presentations
• Presenting to senior Stakeholders
• Sharing knowledge with the wider Creative Department regarding techniques and technology that are relevant to your craft
• Deputising for the Lead designer and oversees the work of Designers (as needed), ensuring that guidelines are adhered to, and the highest level of work is produced
• Mentor to Designers and Junior designers
