Who you are
- 2 - 5 years of experience in a Finance Position
- Knowledge of budgeting and reporting processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling several tools and platforms

- Fluent in French, and fluent in English (written/oral)
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Coordinator to manage and execute our core administrative and financial processes
- This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, from accounting and payroll coordination to office and HR administration
- You’ll report directly to the CEO to support the company’s operational needs. This role is essential to maintaining structure and reliability as the company grows
- As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to manage the office environment and operations, which requires on-site presence at least once a week.
- Accounting & Financial Admin (40%)
- Coordinate day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping with our external provider
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare and submit accounting documentation (invoices, receipts, reports)
- Support monthly closing and reporting processes
- Ensure proper archiving of financial documents
- Cash & Expense Monitoring (20%)
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments
- Process employee expenses via Spendesk
- Track supplier invoices and support budget follow-up
- Expense Control (10%)
- Implement cost-control and budgeting processes
- Ensure spending aligns with departmental and company-wide budgets
- HR Administration & Payroll (20%)
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation (contracts, amendments, leave, etc.)
- Coordinate payroll preparation and liaise with the payroll provider
- Track absences, leaves, and time off in HRIS
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes (admin & operational tasks)
- Act as point of contact for administrative HR questions from employees
- Office Management (10%)
- Oversee general office operations (suppliers, equipment, deliveries, etc.)
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure a functional and pleasant work environment
- Manage service providers (cleaning, IT, security, etc.)
- Support onboarding logistics (equipment, access, workspace setup)

These issues have made it even more critical for producers to be able to get the most out of their crops.
Inarix, established in 2018, is a crop analysis platform powered by artificial intelligence. By leveraging the capabilities of smartphones, users can capture photographs of crops and upload them to obtain real-time crop qualification results. The data generated by Inarix enables users to make well-informed decisions regarding crop values and quality, allowing for timely and appropriate action to be taken when needed.
Currently, Inarix works with cereal producers in France, offering them the capability to analyse and assess the quality of their primary crops, barley and soft wheat. With recent funding, the company is now poised to further advance its technology and expand its crop analysis services to include corn, soybeans, and coffee within the coming year. With its achievements in France, Inarix is also actively pursuing integration into the US markets to broaden its global presence.
