Company mission

To empower B2B reps
to sell twice as much.

Role

Who you are

  • Are excited to create a new way of working for today’s top sellers
  • Can run with projects independently - you won't have someone looking over your shoulder
  • Aren’t afraid to try new approaches; are candid about wins and own mistakes, and learn from both
  • Get excited about big goals, but also know how to break them down and execute
  • Understand that some weeks are intense - we're building something ambitious and that takes real work
  • Demonstrated success in setting up the RevOps function at early-stage companies, with a strong preference for experience in PLG (Product-Led Growth) focused organizations
  • 4 or 5+ years in business analytics, finance, or a related field, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Exposure to Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Sales Operations, with experience supporting sales teams through forecasting, pipeline analysis, and data-driven insights
  • Strong skills in quantitative analysis and data manipulation
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Salesforce, HubSpot, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Omni, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with customizing Salesforce for reporting and workflow optimization is a plus
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for improving efficiency and productivity
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in a clear and accessible manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable

  • Experience with experimentation and A/B testing
  • Previous collaboration with product and growth teams to analyze and interpret experiment results

What the job involves

  • As our Lead RevOps, you'll be the backbone of our revenue engine, ensuring seamless alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success
  • You'll optimize our processes, implement scalable systems, and drive data-informed decision-making to fuel our hypergrowth
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Establish and maintain a consistent operational cadence around forecasting and reporting, in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and other departments. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on revenue metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist in the preparation of reports for monthly/quarterly board meetings
  • Tracking GTM & Product Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators across GTM functions such as sales and marketing, as well as product metrics like user engagement, feature adoption, and churn. Provide actionable insights to influence both business strategy and product development
  • Driving Operational Efficiency: Assess and refine business processes across teams to enhance scalability and efficiency as the organization grows. Build models to evaluate workflow improvements and offer recommendations, with a focus on tracking conversion rates and measuring ROI for key initiatives
  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with the Head of Finance and leadership to provide data-driven insights that guide strategic planning. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and internal performance to support accurate forecasts and strategic initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across product, marketing, finance, and sales operations to maintain alignment, ensure data consistency, and drive operational efficiency. Facilitate the seamless flow of data across departments to support coordinated, data-driven decision-making, including the successful execution of ABM campaigns

Our take

To help sales teams maximise their time, Sybill provides an AI that reduces the time spent on administrative tasks so that they can instead focus on building client relationships.

It's a simple but effective proposition. Sybill's AI can take deal notes, draft tone-correct follow-up emails and write process-aware CRM updates. Its model was built specifically for sales, making it a better option than more generic AI admin tools.

The company has raised significant funds, the latest of which will be used to further the development of its AI and build out its team. With upwards of 500 paying customers, the company has got off to a great start and is set up nicely for future growth.
