  • We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer that enjoys solving complex problems with data-informed solutions

What the job involves

  • This person will be a core member of our growing design team in helping to create a best-in-class Enterprise SaaS product with desktop, tablet and mobile touchpoints
  • Reporting to the Manager, Product Design, the Senior Product Designer possesses a balanced toolkit of research, interaction design, and prototyping capabilities
  • As a Senior Product Designer, you are capable of performing discovery research with users, creating journey maps and task flows, and developing prototypes to test your concepts and designs

  • Design experiences that are engaging, efficient, intuitive and solve real problems
  • Collaborate and solution closely with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and developers to ship an extraordinary end-to-end user experience
  • Participate in user research and usability studies
  • Prototype flows, concepts, and interactions
  • Develop deep expertise in your product’s problem area
  • Work closely with our design system team and developers to ensure the successful technical implementation of your work
  • Champion the tenets of good product design and leverage partnerships with others to build awareness throughout the organization
  • Interact with users to develop a solid understanding of their workflows, environments, needs and pain-points
  • Represent our users in product strategy and roadmap discussions
  • Mentor designers, helping them build context, strong decision-making skills, and empathy for our users by providing feedback to help strengthen the team
  • Understand the users deeply across different segments through research, user insights and lead product design to drive measurable

ServiceTitan’s software is purpose-built for trades businesses, providing a wide range of tools needed to seamlessly manage their back office and customer experiences, to power business growth.

The rising demand for home services across the country helped shine a spotlight on the lack of modern software for trades, ServiceTitan answered this call for innovation providing support to 11,800+ customers across 10 trades.

2021 saw the company reach a $9.5 billion valuation, however, in the last few months of 2022, there was talk of raising additional funds in traditional equity - as opposed to debt-like funding- which could result in a 20% lower valuation.

That said, the company is showing no sign of slowing, acquiring two more companies in 2022, and is eyeing an IPO off the back of reaching Series G in funding rounds. In addition, the company launched its next-generation operating system, Titan Intelligence, providing a suite of AI-based solutions. ServiceTitan is well set to experience further growth.
