Who you are
- Proficient in declarative development – Flow design, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields, with the capability to utilize Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Experience in managing sales technologies, including Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong Salesforce administration skills, with a proven track record of optimizing the platform to enhance operational performance
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and product-led growth strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams
What the job involves
- Reporting to the Sales Operations Lead, the Business Systems Administrator will engage with our GTM team playing a crucial role in optimizing revenue streams and enhancing operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success functions
- This position requires leveraging data analytics, system integrations, and process improvements to drive growth and scalability
- As a fully remote company, we seek a curious, strategic, and innovative leader who is passionate about data and committed to helping startups make informed decisions
- Design, develop, deploy and maintain complex Salesforce solutions to build a strong foundation to enable scalable processes
- Independently lead Salesforce deployments, build and maintain scalable processes to meet business goals
- Govern, manage and optimize Tailscale’s GTM tech Stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Apollo.io etc
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in revenue operations processes. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance productivity and customer experience
- Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of revenue strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to streamline sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure
- Provide ongoing training and support to teams on the use of revenue operations tools and best practices
- Serve as the main point of contact for our teams, assisting with daily troubleshooting and managing request submissions
Our take
The internet is a global phenomenon, but often online activity is unprotected which leaves users vulnerable to hackers on public networks. Additionally certain sites are inaccessible or censored depending on the users location. Use of a VPN enables a secure connection through an encrypted virtual tunnel which also disguises IP addresses. Traditional VPN's tunnel all network traffic through a central gateway server which can affect reliability, and VPN's almost always slow connection speed.
Tailscale is a VPN service built on top of a secure network fabric, which is unlike a traditional VPN provider as it ensures encrypted point-to-point connections by using the open source WireGuard protocol. Tailscale is configured, on average, in a matter of minutes, while other solutions take weeks to fully implement and then require several hours a week of maintenance.
The product has been well received with reviewers agreeing that it is easy to set up and a great tool for developers. The company plan to develop its product further by tackling the complexity of software and confront operational problems that people face daily. The company continues its expansion by empowering small teams to build systems that scale, without scaling overhead.
