• You have a high aptitude for reading and adapting to different situations and can easily convey a complicated message to people from all backgrounds.

• You have tons of grit and a resilient attitude, are self-motivated and a self-starter. You tenaciously work to achieve more, we are looking for those who are risk-takers and straight shooters

Desirable

• Whilst the company is blitzscaling you will be in the point team, driving sales through pre-qualified calls. You will become an energy sector expert, helping people understand the complex mechanics of solar and designing systems to save the most money
• From day 1 you will be given the autonomy to build and nurture your pipeline, ultimately you are in control of your results
• As the leader at the front of the company, you will be depended on for learnings, process improvements and strategies to achieve success
• As one of the early members of the sales team, you'll be directly impacting the growth and development of the team, help shaping it for years to come
