Role
Who you are
- Lead Management; understand enterprise B2B sales revenue lifecycle, and have knowledge of various platforms such as Salesloft, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Drift, 6Sense, Vidyard etc
- Experience in a demand generation leadership role in the SaaS B2B enterprise software space
- Demonstrable success creating demand generation programs and generating revenue
- Direct experience managing SDRs or proven success in working closely with SDRs teams
- Data acquisition and management knowledge to support lead nurturing and outbound programs
- Passion for analysis, learning and adapting based on data
- Solid communication skills, internally and externally
- Familiar with working across the business and aligning with different stakeholders in a matrix structure

What the job involves
- This role involves strategic planning, implementing best practices in B2B prospecting, coaching team members, and leveraging the MEDDICC/MEDPICC framework for deal qualification and pipeline generation
- Team Leadership: Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance pipeline generation, improve qualification processes, and optimise team performance
- Training & Coaching: Provide ongoing training and coaching to SDRs, focusing on effective B2B prospecting techniques, MEDDICC/MEDPICC framework application, and advanced sales skills
- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance against targets, providing regular feedback and performance reviews
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive customer journey
- Process Improvement: Continually assess and improve processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the SDR team
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on team performance, market trends, and pipeline health to senior management
