Role
Who you are
- Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited 4-year institution. This opportunity is open to all undergraduate students, from first-year students to seniors
- Must be able to work five days per week, in person, at our Boston Seaport office from early July to late December
- Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e., work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.)
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or People Operations
- Understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality with sensitive candidate information
- A performance-focused, results-oriented approach - you will need a strong work ethic and drive to achieve results
- Ownership mentality, self-motivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, project management, and time management skills

What the job involves
- As a Talent Acquisition Co-Op at Force Factor, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and hiring process within a dynamic and growing team environment
- This co-op offers a unique opportunity to develop essential skills in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding
- You will work closely with our People team to support various recruitment activities and contribute to our overall hiring strategy
- Individuals selected for our Co-Op Program will actively contribute to our company’s growth while benefiting from hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development
- Our co-op program is based five days a week in the Seaport District of Boston from July to December
- Throughout the fall, co-ops will work on impactful projects that directly influence our brand’s progress
- Schedule Candidates: Manage candidate scheduling in Greenhouse, ensuring timely and efficient coordination for interviews and other recruitment activities
- Conduct Interviews: Gain firsthand experience by preparing for and conducting interviews across a range of roles, from entry level to leadership positions. Ensure a thorough understanding of each candidate's background and fit for the role before each interview session
- Campus Recruitment Activities: Coordinate and execute campus recruitment events and initiatives in the Greater Boston area, including career fairs, info sessions, and networking events to attract top talent
- Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by actively sourcing and engaging with potential talent
- Enhance Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand through various channels, including social media, recruitment marketing materials, and campus outreach
- Personal Projects: Work on assigned personal projects related to talent acquisition, such as developing new recruitment strategies or improving existing processes
Our take
Originally started as a digital marketing firm, Force Factor morphed into a fitness supplements company after the founder noticed that college athletes wanted high quality dietary supplements. Now, Force Factor products are purchased by thousands of people a day.
After securing partnerships with leading retailers such as Walmart, Vitamin Shoppe, CVS and Amazon, Force Factor continues to expand its product range. For example, it launched "Happy Mood" soft chews in collaboration with PLT Health Solutions - a supplement which boasts stress reducing and mood enhancing properties.
As long as Force Factor continues to deliver products that consumers respond to, there's no reason to think it won't continue its success.
