Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years overall experience with 5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations or related field, with a focus on operational excellence, analytics, transformation and sales strategy
- Proven ability to identify, quantify/business case and implement impactful transformation
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting using salesforce, tableau (or similar) and sheets/excel
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and actionable insights
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry
- Experience in one or more customer segment across:
- Small to medium business
- Mid-market and enterprise
- Customer success/account management of the existing customer base
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other relevant sales tools such as Gong, Highspot and Zoom Info
What the job involves
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, this role will partner closely with the VP of Customer Success to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and strategic alignment across the Customer Success organization
- Collaborate with the VP of Customer Success to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Success organization
- Define, implement, and optimize processes and workflows to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives
- Establish and maintain robust data analytics and reporting capabilities to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and customer retention
- Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations
- Partner with Sales Operations to ensure seamless alignment between Sales and Customer Success processes and systems
- Support Sales leadership in territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, and sales performance analysis
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop training programs and materials for the Customer Success team to enhance their sales skills and effectiveness
- Work closely with Customer Success leadership to develop and implement enablement programs and tools to support the success of the Customer Success team
- Provide ongoing training and support to Customer Success Managers on best practices, processes, and tools
- Drive adoption and proficiency of customer success platforms and technologies
