What the job involves

We are looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff to serve as our CEO’s strategic right hand focused on driving execution, alignment, and scale across the company
In this high-impact role, you’ll orchestrate mission-critical priorities, represent our CEO in key forums, and lead transformative initiatives from fundraising to AI-first operations
Drive company-wide alignment by orchestrating cross-functional priorities and keeping the organization laser-focused on its most critical strategic initiatives
Serve as the CEO’s trusted proxy by representing them in high-stakes meetings, key communications, and pivotal decisions
Lead high-impact special projects, from fundraising readiness and strategic partnerships to steering our AI-first transformation
Build scalable processes that boost operational efficiency and ensure seamless internal alignment across teams
Shape and manage board, investor, and executive communications to drive clarity, confidence, and momentum
