Partner Strategy and Business Development, Workday

• 2+ years leading sales teams and/or business development initiatives

• The Partner Strategy and Business Development team in the Global Partner Organization, leads strategy, planning and business development for the partner business at Workday. We define and execute our strategy with leaders across the business; lead strategic partner relationships; and deliver sizable, net-new revenue growth with partners
• The Partner Strategy and Business Development - Center of Expertise (CoE) role is responsible for delivering commercial outcomes committed to Strategic Partnerships. This role will begin by focusing on our Employment Verification Strategic Partnerships and securing Customer employment records for our Partners. This is a sales role responsible for shaping sales strategy, building a pipeline, delivering on planned revenue targets
• Collaborate across our supporting Workmates, including Customer Success, Digital Account Executive, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams, to execute against these commitments
• Execute coordinated Customer campaigns to sign up new employment verification records members, to meet and exceed our revenue targets
• Have experience in leading complex product and business development initiatives involving partners at large Software as a Service (SaaS), Cloud Service Provider, or Global System Integrator firms
• Possess a proven track record of selling and exceeding sales targets
• Have strong executive presence and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Be a strong facilitator, coordinating across Sales, Product, CX, Marketing, and Partner organizations and operate with Partner obsession and high judgment
• Exhibit ownership and take accountability for exceeding expectations and targets
