Role
Who you are
- You have 2-3 years experience working within paid social. Experience with D2C / eCommerce brands, reporting on top-line blended performance. Strong ability to manipulate data in Excel or Google Sheets (we use the latter). Interest in creative trends & solid understanding of ad-styles across the funnel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
- You have experience working across Google Ads & TikTok Ads
What the job involves
- Channel Support – Paid Social & Creative: Provide hands-on support across Meta and Tiktok, including ad building, organising creative assets optimising performance and deploying tests Bring a solid understanding of creative best practices and how different messaging and formats support each stage of the funnel. Report on aggregated creative performance and trends, informing iteration and new ad ideas for client roadmaps. Work closely with the creative strategy & production team to deliver best-in-class ads
- Channel Support – Paid Search: While previous Google experience is a bonus, the key focus is a strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in new channels Support with campaign builds, feed management, optimisations and testing within the Google Ad accounts
- Client Communication & Collaboration: Support on day-to-day client communication, including responding to messages on Slack in a timely and professional way. Help prepare weekly trade updates, turning performance data into clear insights and next steps. Contribute to the creation and presentation of client decks
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Take a data-led approach to performance, using insights to inform decisions and recommendations. Be comfortable working in Excel and/or Google Sheets to manage data effectively, with a strong interest in continuing to develop analytical skills. Be responsible for top-line trading. Maintaining & producing reports that combine multiple sources of data. Feel confident to respond to ad-hoc data tasks, whether requested by a client/team member or as to support an optimisation / test proposal
