Community & Social Media Manager, Sumus

• Experience in managing social media accounts or online communities. You must understand posting workflows, engagement, and platform dynamics.
• Strong organisational skills - This role is coordination-heavy (creators, content, reminders, deadlines)
• Reliable and responsive communication. We need someone who replies, follows up, and keeps things moving without being chased
• Ability to create basic visual content using Canva (or similar)
• Experience drafting and publishing social media content. You should be comfortable writing captions and scheduling posts.
• Comfort using digital tools - Scheduling tools, shared documents, messaging platforms.
• Attention to detail - Important for posting accuracy, brand consistency, and creator coordination.

Desirable

• You will be responsible for managing our creator community and ensuring our social media presence runs smoothly day to day.
• Your work will involve supporting creators during onboarding, keeping them on track with tasks and deadlines, responding to questions, and maintaining regular communication. You will monitor activity, send reminders and updates, and help ensure the community remains engaged and organised
• You will ensure our social media presence runs smoothly day to day.
• You will manage the social media content calendar, create and publish posts using Canva, after agreed with the founder and marketing team, respond to comments and messages, and ensure content is posted consistently and on time.
