- Are you the type who spots a trend early, knows why it works, and can turn that insight into scroll-stopping campaigns?
- From Instagram and TikTok to Reddit, blogs, and niche communities, you thrive on exploring what captures attention and sparks engagement
- For this role, we’re especially excited by two types of background:
- Creative Marketing Professionals: Individuals with 2+ years of experience in creative marketing (including designers with performance marketing experience) within a fast-growing B2C company or agency
- Content Creators: Creators with hands-on experience in producing viral content and growing Instagram/TikTok accounts in the US market, who are eager to deepen their expertise in app marketing, user acquisition, and growth strategies
- A solid understanding of paid user acquisition principles and KPIs
- In-depth knowledge of the steps required in creative development processes
- A proven track record of finding and scaling creative successes in paid acquisition campaigns
- A creative mind that can devise unique conceptual ideas to pitch our product
- Experience writing ad copy that resonates with diverse audiences
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Excellent research skills and the ability to spot and adapt trends to shape creative direction
- The ability to quickly understand target audiences and translate insights, platform trends, and data into clear, actionable creative briefs
- A valid UK or European passport or working permit (no sponsorship requirements)
Desirable
- Experience within subscription based app business
- Experience in Video and UGC Content Creation
- Deep understanding of U.S. consumer behaviour, communication styles, and digital trends
What the job involves
- At Paired, we’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to turn that curiosity into performance-driven ad creatives
- You’ll research competitors, analyse trends, and translate insights into ad briefs that resonate with our core target audience across different channels
- Working alongside our Performance and Design teams, you’ll craft high-quality campaigns that drive user acquisition on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond
- This is your chance to take a product loved by millions of couples and help bring it into the mainstream
- Conduct research across social media, Reddit, blogs, Quora, and other platforms to uncover emerging trends, new hooks and audience triggers
- Turn these insights into attention grabbing creative briefs for motion, UGC and static
- Write ad copy and hooks using engaging buzzwords that resonate with our target audience
- Collaborate with designers to bring your creative concepts to life
- Analyse creative test results to refine strategies and document findings, supporting a test-and-learn approach
- Collaborate with content, user research and marketing teams to leverage product and customer insights in our creative strategy across regions and channels

With 1 in 4 couple relationships being ‘distressed’ and the vast majority of these distressed couples not getting support (either because it’s taboo, unaffordable, or inconvenient) Paired brings relationship support to all couples via a fun, expert, and affordable mobile app. Paired is different to traditional couples therapy as it targets the full spectrum of couples who want help building intimacy, resolving conflict and improving communication.
Paired works with expert relationship academics and therapists. The company combines tips from these experts with fun daily questions, games and quizzes that partners answer together. It prompts partners to take the small, positive steps needed by couples to improve their relationship each day.
The founding team has a deep expertise in building top-grossing mobile apps such as Memrise and Peak, which should give them an edge in creating a widely adopted user-friendly app. An app targeted towards existing relationships stands out as an innovative concept compared to the numerous dating apps already on the market.
Paired is growing rapidly, recently passing more than 250,000 daily active users. Alongside this, it tripled its team size in 2022 and has won plaudits for its app, including the 2020 Google Play Award in the Personal Growth category and the Apple Store's App of the Day in January 2023.
