Role
Who you are
- Are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. HR, Psychology, Business Administration or similar)
- Are available 10-20 hours/week for at least 6 months
- Have a strong interest in HR, People Operations and administrative processes
- Are structured, reliable and enjoy keeping things organized
- Feel comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment
- Are fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

What the job involves
- Do you want to gain hands-on HR experience while helping fight climate change? Cozero is one of Europe’s fastest-growing climate tech startups, and we’re looking for a HR Working Student - People & Culture to support our People team in building a strong, inclusive, and mission-driven organization
- In this role, you’ll work closely with our People & Recruiting team and gain real exposure to HR operations, onboarding, and employee experience in a growing startup environment
- Support daily HR administration (contracts, certificates, document management, payroll-related updates)
- Assist the recruiting team with coordination and candidate communication
- Onboarding: Support and the onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming start
- Help organize onboarding sessions and maintain onboarding materials and plans
- Maintain employee records, organizational charts, and internal directories with a high level of confidentiality
- Respond to routine HR related questions from employees (benefits, payroll, policies)
- Support the organization of company events and initiatives that strengthen our culture
- Assist with HR policies, processes and internal documentation

Cozero is a software company that creates products to fit that need. The startup was founded to enable companies to effectively decarbonise and it differentiates itself from competitors by framing these CO2 savings in the language of business - each measure details CO2 saved per Euro invested.
With over 70 enterprise customers, the company's next steps will involve accelerating its international expansion and advance its Climate ERP solution. Having already helped cut Vodafone's media carbon footprint by a third, the company is well set for even greater success as it continues to grow.
