Who you are
- At least 1 year of experience in a SDR/BDR or sales role or account-based marketing role, in the B2B space, ideally selling to Enterprise clients
- Resourceful and solution-oriented: You’re autonomous in finding solutions to problems. You are well organised and methodical in your approach
- Engaged: You have lots of energy, are open to feedback and want to learn about Trustpair's product and market
- Creative Orator: You communicate well on the phone, and understand how to craft messages for your target based on their needs & preferences

What the job involves
- To support our steady growth, Trustpair is looking for an ambitious Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to assist in growing our customer base in North America
- Your mission will be to generate leads from identified strategic accounts
- As the owner of the lead generation process, you will be in charge of developing personalized outreach strategies to connect with the target persona and turn prospects into a sales pipeline
- Outbound: To achieve your goals, you'll organize your days to call prospects with a methodical approach. You'll work with marketing team to define strategical accounts to target and to build actions plans to best achieve your goals
- Inbound: Qualifying inbound leads and contacting potential customers through cold calling, email and LinkedIn. Throughout your conversations, you will detect customer pain points, understand their context and how we can help them. You will evangelize and showcase Trustpair's value proposition
- Within one month: You will complete your onboarding and begin your journey as a SDR. You will master the methodology for engaging with, and qualifying prospects. You will start qualifying leads and booking your first opportunities
- Within 2 months: You will fully master our tools and move on to the outbound call phase. You will start targeting our target prospection lists. You will book more qualified opportunities on priority accounts
- Within 4 months: You will be fully familiar with your territory plan. You will reach 100% of your monthly targets. You will know your personas and the specifics of your market and sales territory
- Within 6 month: You are able to organize yourself independently You know how to monitor your performance You iterate with relevance with the transversal teams

Our take
Founded in 2017, Trustpair was conceived to solve the B2B payment fraud issue for large corporations by offering a SaaS platform that allows finance teams to control the accuracy of their third-party data.
The founders were appalled by the idea that companies could cumulatively lose billions each year because of B2B payment fraud. In fact, in 2021, French companies lost €70M due to transfer fraud. It is perhaps unsurprising therefore that the company has been able accrue many large corporate clients who use the platform daily.
Founded in Paris, successful funding has enabled the company to secure its market-leading position in France. It has also invested capital into accelerating the expansion of international markets in Europe as well as penetrating the United States.
